About Us
J D Owen Construction is a home construction company formed in 1991 by John Derek Owen, whose son Kyle now continues to grow the business.
We specialize in working personally with clients to create the home of their dreams, built to exacting standards, finished with flair, precision and being competitively priced.
We are members of the National House building Council (NHBC) so you can be confident of our professional credentials.
We have a wealth of experience in all aspects of home construction and project management.
Over the last 30 years, we have built an unrivaled reputation for client satisfaction based on projects ranging from bespoke new homes, single storey extensions and the refurbishment and extension of a listed house, grounds and outbuildings.
Our reputation for integrity and quality is our biggest asset, and we work hard to demonstrate how we’ve earned it.
We work productively alongside specialist firms that clients choose for specific aspects of their project, and it is always our goal to work as part of an integrated team to deliver for the client.
From our experience, we know that most people building or renovating their own home are new to the process and therefore we understand that walking with the client through this process is of paramount importance.
